I Steps:
Go to the attached reduction

II Issue:
When width of the table is 101%, IE/FF don't render the extra 1% but Safari/Opera do.

III Other browsers:
IE7: ok
FF3: ok
Opera9.24: not ok

IV Nightly tested: 32871

Safari 15.6 matches with other browsers

I am not able to reproduce this bug in Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.5 and as can be seen from attached screenshot, all render same and show extra 1% as well. I am going to mark this as "RESOLVED INVALID" since Safari was doing extra 1% while other weren't and they matched Safari here.

Please reopen, if I am wrong. Thanks!
