Scrollbar steals focus from find box (windows only)

1.  Go to a page with scrollbars (news.google.com as one example)
2.  search for some text
3.  use the scroll bar to scroll, notice how the find box loses focus.
4.  Try typing more text into the find box (this should work, but doesn't)

This does not occur in Mac Safari.  I expect this is a webkit issue, hence I'm filing it here.

This seems quite related to (though may not be a duplicate of) bug 16809.

Safari works this way now too, even on OS X, it seems like it's intended behavior.
