_ctl0_TopNav_Menu should have a size of 115x234, but it's displayed at 234x115

Confirmed as an evangelism bug. The site renders fine after changing User Agent to Firefox. So there is incorrect User Agent sniffing performed on the site. Authors of the site should correct its code.
