Description Brian Ward 2008-02-21 00:10:34 PST
Hi, I am using WebKit r30377 on Mac OS X 10.5.2. When I attempt to load WMV or QuickTime files, I am having a problem with the browser locking up. I have to force quit the app and relaunch. The problem was not present in the previous WebKit build and is also not present when I launch Safari normally with the current Apple build.

Thanks,

Brian Ward

Could you please attach a sample for the freeze? You can make one with /Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor.app.

I do not see any freeze with r30377 and <http://www.apple.com/getamac/> ads.

The freeze is in code that we no longer use. It is extremely unlikely that this can still happen.
