Summary: When viewing a message in Gmail that has a "To" list longer than a few e-mails, Safari makes the message wider and wider as there are recipients Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to Gmail>Compose 2. Type in a number of e-mails e.g: ungle12344@jungle.co.au, something@notthing.whatever, nevermind@whatisgoingonatthisplace.co.uk, hello1235465456@ajggs.com, laksjglkasjg@gakgjas.com, akgslkgjlasg2@gagasga.com, 3. Send them 4. Open the sent message Expected Results: Safari should keep the e-mail a certain width Actual Results: But it widens it as long as there are e-mail addresses (this gets REALLY bad when opening a message that is sent to 10s of people!) as of course all the text in an e-mail is also widened making it very hard to read if it has a few sentences! Regression: It works fine in FF 2.x and Camino 1.5.x Notes: This occurs in Safari 3 or nightly nightly 28314 I also added it here: <rdar://problem/5624997> The workaround is to use the 'Older Version' by clicking on the top right hand corner of Gmail
Confirmed with WebKit nightly r28314, compared to Firefox 2.0.0.10.
I don't understand, why has ReviewedForRadar been added if it is already in Radar?
Can't repro this on the latest version of Safari. Moving to resolved.
