This is a master bug to track issues with the Dojo Toolkit.
Since we don't have a situation where support for Safari is blocked on some set of bugfixes, perhaps a keyword would be more effective than a master bug to track issues that affect Dojo.

Either works for me. I created this bug as much for Dojo developers as for WebKit developers.
Please add #17313 as a dependency
