On the www.opinionjournal.com site there are essentially three vertical columns. Leftmost is a menu, middle is a text list of articles with a paragraph of text for each article, right column is adds. The bug is in the wrapping of text in the middle column. When the window in Safari is resized the text in the middle column does not reflow or rewrap as it should. The column gets wider but the text remains the same width and is right justified. When viewing this page in Netscape 7.2 the text reflows as the window is resized and the text is left justified. In Netscape the middle column has a minimum width but not a maximum width. In Safari the column has a fixed width; it doesn't change. I'm certain that the Netscape behavior of this page is what the authors of the page expect.
I can see the bug with shipping Safari, but it appears to be fixed in the latest nightly build. You can download a WebKit nightly build from <http://nightly.webkit.org/>.
