* SUMMARY
In Leopard9A339, when browsing thru the online edition of the Wall Street Journal, hitting the "back" button does not take you to the previous page.  Instead, it takes you to the current page.  See that attached picture that shows the history menu.

In this case, I went to the main page "U.S. Home - WSJ.com" and then to the "Heard on the Street" page.  As you can see, there are other intermediate pages that when clicked.

This does not happen with 10.4.8.
