When viewed with FF or shipping Safari (419.3) news scrolly works just fine. It seems to me like a regression.

Reduction(?)

Firefox and shipping Safari lay out everything on a single line. Opera wraps (but somehow does get orange.co.uk right). In quirks mode, TOT WebKit behaves like Firefox and shipping Safari. In strict mode, it differs.

I think this regressed in r11028 (fix for bug 5587).

Correct behavior: 
* Text wraps around for a large window
* Scrollbar appears for small window (when text exceeds window size).
