I .Steps:

1. Go to: http://www.esmas.com/lolaeraseunavez/

II. Issue:

The header and footer background are truncated on both left and right sides

Other Browsers:
IE, FF, Opera gets it right.
Safari has the issue.

Testing with Webkit version:  r26759

I can confirm the bug in Webkit r30468. Webkit simply ignores attribute align="740". The attribute tells Webkit to shrink the second table. Other browsers respect this attribute.

Safari 15.6 differs from other browsers

I am able to reproduce this bug using attached reduction in Safari 15.6 on macOS 12.5 and it differs from other browsers on two points as pointed in the attached screenshot for reference. Thanks!
