Steps
1. Go to Browser
2. Go to URL blogger.com 
3. sign in ( ID : minohminoh Password : mnbvcxz)
4. there is mmmmmmmm blog.
5. upload a file (like image) into a blog entry (functionality is in the blog editor)

Actual result
Upload error is given when uploading with phone. For some reason no images can be uploaded with phone browser.
